I had been looking to buy a low-end digital for a few months. When I saw this one on sale recently, I bought it. I am extremely happy with it. If you turn it off when you are not using it and if you plug it in when possible, the batteries will last a lot longer. It turns itself off after a few minutes, so the batteries will not drain if you forget.The pictures are great. Even when taken at the poorest quality, which allows 78 pictures on the card, and printing on plain paper, they look decent.
The software is easy to use and a lot of fun. You can play with the pictures and turn them into card, novelties, etc.
